晨光初起,漁夫從海洋每天親手捕獲新鮮食材。從豐富經驗中為我們選取當季最適合之漁獲。本店秉承日本悠長【旬】之傳統,讓顧客品嚐以大自然提供新鮮食材為主題的日本料理。我們深信尊重該傳統才能將漁獲之鮮味發揮得淋漓盡致。

位於旺角中心區域,秉承著日本傳統不時不食的精神。用心為顧客提供具質素的日本料理。

Each day, upon the rise of the morning sun, our honest Fishermen starts their day, collecting fresh produce from the sea. With an eye for the best ingredients and a pair of well-trained hands. They prepare for us, their finest creation.

Here at Shun by Kokoro Sushi, we adhere to the Japanese Culinary philosophy of “Shun” – season of food. Serving our customers with the produce of the season. We believe this ancient philosophy brings the true taste of the ocean to our customers and the showing our utmost respect for our environment.

Nature has provided for us an abundance of produce. We shall honour the gift of the Earth.
